Randy Hotz - Chief Executive Officer and President
Randy is a co-founder of Choice Plus, LLC and serves as its CEO and President. He oversees management, business development and he is a staunch advocate for the rights of owners whose property is in the custody of government agencies.
Randy has over 30 years of experience in small business management and development; the past 15 years have been devoted to reuniting owners with their unclaimed property.

Neal Harvey - Chief Financial Officer
Neal is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Choice Plus, LLC. Neal manages the finance and reporting functions for the company.
Neal trained as an Electrical Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in EE Administration. Neal spent nearly two decades in the Silicon Valley holding management positions with Plantronics and Acuson (acquired by Siemens) and has been an active investor for many years. Neal keeps up with the latest in economics and finance.

Sunny Judo - Chief Information Officer
Sunny is a co-founder of Choice Plus and serves as its CIO where he manages all information systems and technical aspects of the company. In addition, Sunny is responsible for developing innovative data analysis applications used to identify and locate potential claimants, including private individuals, companies, and governmental agencies. He also assists the CEO with the quality control aspects of the company’s daily operations.
Sunny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, and spent nearly 20 years in the IT industry and software development working for prominent companies such as ADP and Bertelsmann.
Sunny also served 8 years with the United States Marine Corps, and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Sunny regularly works out at the gym, and enjoys going to the beach with his wife, Rosette.
Tyler Gowey - Chief Operating Officer
Tyler joined Choice Plus in 2007 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the daily operations of the company; providing customer relations support and oversight of the company’s sales, research and claims processing departments. Tyler works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to implement new business strategies and develop solutions for complex reclamation cases. As an attendee of the Uniform Law Commission, Uniform Unclaimed Property Act drafting meetings, Tyler has the opportunity to advocate for owner’s rights on a national level. He has an extensive background in management, customer service and real estate.
Tyler’s comments: “I enjoy the legal aspects of what we do, taking a strong stance on behalf of the rightful owners of unclaimed assets. I’m lucky to work with such a motivated and talented team of professionals toward the common goal of successfully recovering what rightfully belongs to our clients.”
Darrilyn Borba - Director of Records Management
Darrilyn is a co-founder and Managing Member of Choice Plus, LLC. She serves as director of records management and quality control, and she is a licensed private investigator. Darrilyn is committed to helping unclaimed property owners reunited with their property.
Darrilyn has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance. She was a co-founder and former owner of Global Discoveries Ltd. which leads the industry in securing the return of tax deed foreclosure money to former owners and lien holders of property sold at tax deed auctions.

Rosette Maristela - Director of Research
Rosette is a co-founder of Choice Plus, manages the research department and assists with sales functions. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management but found her calling in the real estate field. After rising to the level of Senior Title manager, Rosette started her own title company before accepting the opportunity to co-found Choice Plus. Additionally, she trains new personnel and handles HR related functions.
