Allison’s primary expertise involves locating owners and heirs, then reaching out to form a personal connection and a strong working relationship. She also has extensive knowledge in wills, trusts, probates, intestate succession and kinship determination, as well as entities and what it takes to prove their claims.

Previous to research, Allison has 10+ years administrative and property management in real estate, contract and document review and compliance control. She has worked as an assistant manager and front desk manager positions with mortgage broker and HOA management companies.

When not delving into her passion (research), Allison enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and listening to music.
