Mark Horne

General Counsel

Mark is a licensed Florida Attorney. He has practiced law for almost 30 years. Although he has lived in Jacksonville, Florida during his entire career, he has practiced throughout the state of Florida. Mark has extensive litigation experience in laws involving probate, real estate, collections and tax deed sales, which should all help in assisting our clients at Choice Plus. He enjoys working with individuals one on one, explaining complex legal rights in simple terms for our clients. Mark hopes to have the privilege to assist you to obtain the money that you are legally entitled to.

Paul Song

Assistant General Counsel

Paul has a combined 20 years in law enforcement and the legal profession. Paul spent the bulk of his legal career at several of the largest renown international law firms in the world (including Morrison Foerster, Troutman Sanders, and Sedgwick LLP). As a litigation and trial attorney, Paul focuses his practice areas on business, employment, insurance, and mortgage banking law.

Paul also served the California Attorney General’s Office, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Los Angeles Office of the County Counsel, and the City of Irvine. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology with a Specialization in Criminal Justice from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Paul also earned his P.O.S.T (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certificate from the Orange County Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy prior to becoming a sworn police officer.

Amanda Briggs

Controller

In July 2017, Amanda joined the Choice Plus team, bringing an extensive background in advanced accounting, finance, and business management across a variety of industries, including commercial lending, legal, and precious metals trading and investing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, an MBA with a concentration in International Finance, and is currently pursuing her CPA license to further deepen her expertise in accounting and compliance.

When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her son and exploring the outdoors hiking, camping, and beachcombing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Stephanie Cavolt

Legal Support

As a California native, Stephanie comes to Choice Plus with 35 plus years sales and customer service experience as a Northern California real estate broker, mortgage professional and Paralegal, previously working closely with a Conservator, Wills and Trust attorney. With an Associate of Science degree in Legal Studies and finishing her Bachelors degree in Sociology from APUS, Stephanie enjoys the differences and complexities of each case and feels fortunate to work with an engaged and talented team of professionals.

In her spare time, she enjoys event planning, traveling, boating and is involved in animal rescue organization groups. She is also a long time volunteer for the Monterey Peninsula Foundation/ATT Pebble Beach ProAm golf tournament and past California Director for Guardian Angels for Soldiers Pet, a nationwide military support non-profit.

Amy Eklund

Administrative and Claims Support

Amy joined the Choice Plus team in February 2024. She brings with her over 20 years’ experience in customer service and sales. Amy is excited to learn the complexities of unclaimed property recovery and looks forward to helping people reclaim their funds. When not working, Amy enjoys making memories with her family; traveling and spending time outdoors.

Azlyn Hendrickson

Senior Claims Administrator

Azlyn joined Choice Plus in May 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Western Washington University and brings with her over 10 years experience in customer service. When not working, she is often off on adventures with her family or curled up with a good book.

Azlyn’s Comment: “One of the things I enjoy most about my job is being able to help people. I am excited to continue to grow my knowledge of unclaimed property with Choice Plus.”

Elizabeth (Liz) Olona

Administrative and Claims Support

Liz joined the Choice Plus Team in 2025. She has 15 years of Administrative experience and has earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the College of Santa Fe. She loves assisting people and enjoys meeting folks from all walks of life. Her experience and passion is a great fit for Choice Plus and our clients.

Liz’s Comment: “In my spare time, I love watching retro shows and movies of all types. I love taking day road trips and exploring the Beautiful State of Washington, spending time with children and grandchildren.”

Arokey Touray

Arokey holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western Washington University. With her passion for helping people she is eager to dive into the world of unclaimed property recovery. In her free time, she loves to read and experiment with new recipes in the kitchen.
