Mark Horne - General Counsel

Mark is a licensed Florida Attorney. He has practiced law for almost 30 years. Although he has lived in Jacksonville, Florida during his entire career, he has practiced throughout the state of Florida. Mark has extensive litigation experience in laws involving probate, real estate, collections and tax deed sales, which should all help in assisting our clients at Choice Plus. He enjoys working with individuals one on one, explaining complex legal rights in simple terms for our clients. Paul Song - Assistant General Counsel

Paul has a combined 20 years in law enforcement and the legal profession. Paul spent the bulk of his legal career at several of the largest renown international law firms in the world (including Morrison Foerster, Troutman Sanders, and Sedgwick LLP). As a litigation and trial attorney, Paul focuses his practice areas on business, employment, insurance, and mortgage banking law.

Paul also served the California Attorney General’s Office, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Los Angeles Office of the County Counsel, and the City of Irvine. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology with a Specialization in Criminal Justice from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Paul also earned his P.O.S.T (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certificate from the Orange County Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy prior to becoming a sworn police officer.

Kimberly Voegeli Treece - Account Executive and Attorney Relations Liaison

Kim joined Choice Plus in 2009. She was formerly employed by a Florida attorney and brings 25 years of experience as a paralegal with an emphasis in probate administration, wills, trust and real estate. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from The University of South Florida.

Stephanie Cavolt - Legal Support

As a California native, Stephanie comes to Choice Plus with 35 plus years sales and customer service experience as a Northern California real estate broker, mortgage professional and Paralegal, previously working closely with a Conservator, Wills and Trust attorney. With an Associate of Science degree in Legal Studies and finishing her Bachelors degree in Sociology from APUS, Stephanie enjoys the differences and complexities of each case and feels fortunate to work with an engaged and talented team of professionals.

In her spare time, she enjoys event planning, traveling, boating and is involved in animal rescue organization groups. She is also a long time volunteer for the Monterey Peninsula Foundation/ATT Pebble Beach ProAm golf tournament and past California Director for Guardian Angels for Soldiers Pet, a nationwide military support non-profit.

Rachelle joined the Choice Plus team in June of 2020 with over 8 years experience in customer service and 5 years of sales. Sarah Wikberg - Paralegal, Research Analyst, Claim Support

Sarah has recently joined the Choice Plus Team. She was a late bloomer but obtained her associate’s degree in paralegal studies in 2018 and graduated top of her class. She has been a Paralegal for over eight years and a Paralegal Research Analyst for more than 4 of those years. Sarah has used her skills and knowledge to help hundreds of families obtain unclaimed funds from many different states throughout the U.S. over the last four years. She had found reuniting people with their funds to be very rewarding. She is persistent, knowledgeable, and diligent in every case. In Sarah’s free time, she conducts STEM experiments with her two young children or explores the great outdoors.
