Mark Horne

Mark is a licensed Florida Attorney. He has practiced law for almost 30 years. Although he has lived in Jacksonville, Florida during his entire career, he has practiced throughout the state of Florida. Mark has extensive litigation experience in laws involving probate, real estate, collections and tax deed sales, which should all help in assisting our clients at Choice Plus. He enjoys working with individuals one on one, explaining complex legal rights in simple terms for our clients. Mark hopes to have the privilege to assist you to obtain the money that you are legally entitled to.

Paul Song

- Assistant General Counsel

Paul joined has a combined 20 years in law enforcement and the legal profession. Paul spent the bulk of his legal career at several of the largest renown international law firms in the world (including Morrison Foerster, Troutman Sanders, and Sedgwick LLP). As a litigation and trial attorney, Paul focuses his practice areas on business, employment, insurance, and mortgage banking law.

Paul also served the California Attorney General’s Office, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Los Angeles Office of the County Counsel, and the City of Irvine. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology with a Specialization in Criminal Justice from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Paul also earned his P.O.S.T (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certificate from the Orange County Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy prior to becoming a sworn police officer.

Sophie Miller

- Administrative Support

Sophie joined the Choice Plus team in July 2018, excited to learn more about the complex legal aspects of helping people recover their money, and to see the team’s hard work pay off. In June 2018, Sophie earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. She loves people, so the idea of how recovering unclaimed funds can change and improve lives intrigues her.

When Sophie is not at work, she can be found making jewelry, drinking coffee, and hanging out on the beach in cold weather.

Alyssa Rector

- Administrative Support

Alyssa graciously joined the Choice Plus LLC team in November 2018 after getting married and backpacking in Europe. She loves being a part of a system that supports client well being and contributes to a balanced work place. In March 2017, Alyssa achieved her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Western Washington University with interests in human consciousness, development, and interaction. Alyssa believes that kindness creates a ripple effect that sets the foundation for how we communicate with each other. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys hiking with her husband (in all types of weather), cooking, photography, drawing, painting, and writing.

Wendy Sevieri

- Team Support

In July 2017 Wendy joined the Choice Plus team, eager to learn and grow. In 2015, she graduated from Skagit Valley College with a certificate in Business Management. Wendy loves coming to work to do something that is not just a job, but is intriguing and is something she enjoys.

Kimberly Voegeli Treece

Kim joined Choice Plus in 2009. She was formerly employed by a Florida attorney and brings 25 years of experience as a paralegal with an emphasis in probate administration, wills, trust and real estate. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from The University of South Florida.

Rachel Welch

Rachel became a part of the Choice Plus LLC support team in late 2015. Rachel’s self proclaimed best attributes are; her abilities to solve even the most complex problems, her unwavering drive to find solutions in all aspects of work and life, and her constant striving after progression and growth in all aspects of life. Rachel worked for 7 years in the private sector for a local accounting firm with a wide array of responsibilities and gained valuable experience dealing in finance.

When Rachel isn’t at work, she is most likely spending time with her human daughter and/or her two fur babies; hiking, playing softball, crafting, cooking/baking and watching the sunset.
